STANDARD SAFETY SYSTEM

Overspeed Sensor

Monitors the lift speed continuously. If the lift travels faster than the preset safety limit, the system automatically activates and stops the lift to prevent unsafe movement.

Battery Backup

Provides temporary power during a power failure. In the event of a blackout, the lift can still operate to move the cabin safely to the nearest floor for passenger exit.

Buffer Spring System

Installed at the bottom (pit) and top of the lift shaft. These heavy-duty springs absorb impact and reduce force in the unlikely event of uncontrolled movement, preventing the cabin from dropping directly to the floor.

Steel Belt System

High-strength belts support and control the movement of the lift cabin. In case of abnormal operation, the belt system works together with the safety brake to hold the cabin securely, similar to a seatbelt mechanism.

Automatic Safety Brake System

Detects abnormal cabin movement such as excessive speed or irregular travel. The brake system engages instantly to stop and secure the lift cabin safely.

Upper & Lower Limits

Upper and lower limit switches are safety devices that stop the lift if it moves beyond its top or bottom travel limits. They protect passengers and prevent damage by ensuring the lift stays within its safe range.

SELF RESCUE FUNCTION

Self rescue system , When the elevators fails , press and hold the SOS button , and the system will start the rescue function and drive to the nearest floor at the lowest speed , so as to realiize the self-rescue of the elevator without turning off people, breaking the conventional elevator failure inthe market and door to door rescue method of maintenance personnel.

ONE CLICK CALL FUNCTION

One click call system , emergency one click call function, when the elevator fails, click the phone button to directly dial the maintenance personnel.

INTELLIGENT INTERACTION SYSTEM
